Getting Started
What is the fastest way to get a cabinet?
You can start from browsing our selected design, if you can't find anything that fits you. Download our App and design from scratch.
What if I need help with designing?
Our app is AI-assisted however if its still a hassle, feel free to contact our design team through our WhatsApp and we'll be happy to help!
Materials & Quality
What materials do you use?
MFC or blockboard with HPL/PVC finishes, clean edge-banding, robust hardware. However we are open to further explore other materials based on your request.
How long will your product last?
Our products are designed to last for a very long time, we even hope that our pieces be passed down to the next generation.
Production
What if my measurements are off?
If the misfit is due to incorrect customer measurements or access limits not disclosed, it’s not eligible for return. If it’s our production error, we fix it.
Can I get a site visit?
Yes, request via WhatsApp. Helpful for complex layouts or tight spaces.
Do you install?
Unfortunately our team can deliver, assemble, and do a quick QC in JABODETABEK, Indonesia area. However, we ensure our packaging are extra-safe for deliveries outside of that area.
Where is your factory?
Our factory is located in Bogor, Indonesia.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Custom: changes/cancellations only before production starts.
Ready-stock: can cancel before dispatch.
How long is production?
After your confirmation. Production starts and takes about 7-14 days. We'll let you know our delivery schedule and will be happy to adjust to your availability.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship all through Indonesia and currently some selected countries. We only do site visits and direct installation for JABODETABEK Area in Indonesia but don't worry, our products are made to be assemble as easy as possible.
When do you ship?
We ship as soon as production finish. We'll let you know when the product is ready and schedule a delivery with you.
How do I prepare for delivery?
Ensure clear access (door/lift sizes, stairs, parking). Tell us if special handling is needed.
How do you pack for delivery?
We do our best to ensure the safety of our products. However if in any rare case, the product arrived damaged, send us a video/photo and we'll be happy to arrange a pick up for repairs or a replacement.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We do our best in making it easy for you to choose the best payment method. We offer lots of them, shoot us a WhatsApp if you have other payment method.
When does my order enter the queue?
After payment is received (unless stated otherwise).
Returns & Warranty
What is your return/refund policy?
- Custom orders: no returns/refunds (except confirmed factory defects—repair/replace, or refund).
- Ready-stock: eligible for return within our stated window/conditions.
Is there a warranty?
Yes—workmanship warranty for confirmed defects. Just shoot us a WhatsApp with your order details and we'll get it fixed as soon as possible. We want the best furniture for you!
